Required Basic Informaiton then you call for Support
If this is a Domino server issue:
- Server operating system, version including any patches or fixpacks and language?
- Domino server version, any fixes, language
- Identify the software versions of all applications on the server: backup, antivirus, etc
If this is a Notes client issue:
- Client operating system, version including any patches or fixpacks and language
- Notes client version, any fixes, language
- Identify the software versions of all applications on the client: backup, antivirus, etc
- Is this happening for all Notes users?
In either case:
- Do you get any error messages (please provide the exact text or log.nsf, or screenshots)
- Any changes in the environment lately?
- When did the problem start?
- How often is it occurring?
- Are you able to provide us with a reproducible scenario (including detailed steps to follow) that will allow us to generate the same type of problem?
- Any other information, that you find relevant?
